  Canada day 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 and I’m celebrating with “Couture” tonight with a few friends. Last night I finally got around to watching “Wurthering Heights” I never read the book but was Cathy really mean like that in the book or did Margo Robbie make that twist in her character? I found her just downright mean sometimes! And I’m not a fan of (most) men in beards but spoiler alert:

  Why’d you come back all clean shaven Heathcliff?!?

  The kids are at the first day of their half-day arts camp. Even though summer vacation only just started, it's nice for them to be in some semblance of a routine again.  I mean, we follow a routine at home.  But nothing beats being around kids similar in age, with a non-parent adult (and some teens) in charge, even if it's a few hours a day, a few days a week.  
  
  I decluttered a closet and did laps at the pool, making lunches for the kids now bc I'm about to pick them up from camp and head right back to the pool with them.

  @CharmedPam TBH Heathcliff and Cathy were both pretty much the worst in the book too. H and I watched Wuthering Heights and were like WTF. I feel like I could have been more in to it if it wasn't called Wuthering Heights because the name was basically where the similarity to the book ended. I loved the use of color in the movie but that was pretty much all I liked about it. It lacked a lot of depth.

  We're off Friday so I'm counting down until tomorrow at 5 pm. lol. I got my hair done yesterday. I feel like I'm never going to get the color I ask for, but it looks fine. Otherwise SSDD.

  That’s so funny! I noticed the colors too. Especially the vibrant blues and reds. Soooo when I wrote that I thought I had 10-15 minutes left of the show but was falling asleep last night and turned it off. I had 38 minutes left! Lol. AND I said that before he married Isabella and turned into a p*ick. The only good person in the movie was Edgar. He treated her with nothing but love and dignity. 

  What color are you looking for for your hair? Or multiple colors?

  I love a good decluttering @ei34, but things get so cluttered later

  @CharmedPam I will never recover from the scene in the book where Heathcliff digs up Cathy's dead body (after she has been deceased for...quite a bit) and sleeps with her. They were both spiteful, selfish people in the book. 
  
  I was looking for more of a golden brown and it's dark brown. It's fine, just not what I asked for. It always changes a bit after the first wash so we'll see how it ultimately turns out.

  I have color extensions @levioosa and they’re red but in the sunlight sometimes give me blonde/red streaks that are really pretty. I actually put sun bum hair lightener (think ‘sun in’ of the 80’s) in when I’m outside. which is hella less than you! Lol but I like the subtle lightness it gives
