    Had my annual with my gyno earlier.  Aunt Flo came to town yesterday but my doctor attempted the Pap, fingers crossed I don't have to go back to try again.  Otherwise just kid birthday and trip prep here.

    Been traveling a ton for work the last month so haven't been around as much. It's hot AF here and i'm over it. Bring on 50 degrees and sweatshirts. I don't be able to post PRudie tomorrow but can do it on Friday morning!

    Boo for Aunt Flo inconveniencing an already inconvenient exam. 

    Back at work today and we are down a staff person and super busy. Weekend was overall nice but we are at the end of our rope with BIL. He almost ruined the weekend and now I have to have an uncomfortable conversation with SIL because he was doing the most explicit DARVO I have ever seen in person and it was making me and H sick and furious. He even tried it on me and H. It's so hard to express concern to someone without triggering a defense reaction and I'm not really sure what to do here. H and I made the most of our time away together and had some really great meals and walks but sweet Jesus was BIL a lot. I also don't know what to do because I don't want to alienate SIL but BIL has basically red pilled himself into being intolerable to be around. I fucking hate the manosphere. 

    However, on positive news, the weather was beautiful, and we had fantasies of somehow winning the lottery and moving to the beach again. San Diego has the type of downtown that makes me feel like I could be a city gal. It's so active, close to activities, and has so many restaurants. They have definitely cleaned it up since the last time we went down there which helped too. We were so tempted to stay another night without SIL and BIL just to have some time to ourselves but we had to get back to the kitties. 

    Otherwise, it's a heat wave here, up to 103. It's gross out. Was dying when people in SD were complaining of a heat wave. It is 78 degrees, calm down. I would cry to have weather like this, lol.

    I appreciate you all!  Thanks for still thinking of me sometimes.  I'll try to pop in more often.

    @levioosa, as a fellow SoCal gal (originally), I'm with you on San Diego.  If I had unlimited money, that would be a sweet place to live.
