Officiants?

Hello!!!!!

I need help finding an officiant.  We are not getting married in a church, and the priest we were going to use originally can't do it anymore.  We really didn't want it to be religious anyways, since we both come from different faith backgrounds, but we did want someone who was respectful and did a great job.

I know I've seen a few on here before, but now I can't find them. 

Do you have any suggestions?

    Chaplain Larry Todd – A++++

    I cannot say enough nice things about Chaplain Larry.  He had married a friend of mine and within a few minutes of our first meeting I knew he was perfect.  We wanted a ceremony that still reflected that our marriage was a holy union without it being overly religious and he delivered just what we asked.  We received a ton of compliments about how well he handled the service and the nice moments of laughter that occurred during the ceremony.  If you are looking for a comforting, fun, and entertaining but appropriate ceremony, Chaplain Larry is your guy!

    I second Future Ramsey's review of Larry Todd. We used him for our ceremony and it was PERFECT!! I can't tell you how many comments we got on how wonderful the ceremony was. Several people asked if we had known him for years! We didn't but the way he officiated made it seem like he had known us forever - it was very neat. Plus his whole fee goes to charity!

    Larry Todd is booked for my day :(  I'm bummed, but he did refer me to someone that I hope to meet soon.

    I had Judge Elisabeth Earle do my wedding -- she was GREAT.  Recently, a friend used her and liked her as well.  Her fee is very reasonable.  Her phone number is (512) 854-9679.

    Other officiants I have hear about are Rev. John Connor and Rev. Bonnie Connor.  Their number is (512) 301-2205.  I don't know what their fee is.

    We are using Sam Riccobene - we loved our first meeting with him!  We are looking for a very similar concept when it comes to the ceremony and Sam was able to offer us exactly what we wanted - fun yet serious, without it being a purely religious ceremony.  I would highly recommend him.  Good luck in your search!

    We are using Spike Gillespie.  I am Catholic and my fiance is Jewish, though neither one of us are religious.  Spike has a lot of background with these two religions and have only heard good things about her.
