  • Cards and Pockets are where mine are from. They're a good price but be prepared to tape down your flaps. The adhesive was awful
  • If you're just looking for an envelope to mail your pocketfold in, I bought mine from Envelope Mall. (<- clicky)  They had the best prices for the envelopes I wanted and everything was always at my house within 2 days.

Did you pay the extra to have cardsandpockets.com assemble them for you or did you assemble them yourself?

I assembled my invites myself. Wasn't worth the extra money to put the mats on the pocketfolds. I was really disappointed when I was licking the envelopes and they were popping right back up. Hope guests don't have the same problem with their envelopes

I'll be honest, I have the same problem with almost every envelope I seal these days, regardless of quality or manufacturer.  I find that often there has to be an ideal amount of moisture on the envelopes - not too much, not too little.  Still trying to figure out how to  make sure that it's the ideal amount; for now I'll just press them between books until they set.
