    My dress came in, so I get to go try it on next week! Also, the bridesmaid dresses have been ordered!

    I got my bridesmaid clutches this week.  See the picture below.  I also picked them up lip gloss and lotion from Bath and Body Works and OPI nail polish.



    I got our marriage license last night.  Only 2 weeks to go until rehearsal.  I can't believe it's this close.

    We had a phone call with our DJ Monday night, so we are all set with the DJ.

    I bought my dress!!! (I did the poll of "does this dress make my boobs looks weird" poll) haha!

    I ended up finding a picture online of a real bride wearing the dress in her correct size and it fits awesome! It's supposed to come in at the end of Feb /early March so we'll see!

    It's almost 6 months until our wedding!! I can't believe it! STDs are also going out in the mail tomorrow!! Yay for progress!

    It's crunch time and I'm getting less excited for the wedding... which is really heartbreaking. 

    - I had another "wedding nightmare" last night. It's not really a nightmare but it's happened more than once where things weren't done and things were TOO casual (I wore a zip up hoodie over my dress and kinda forgot it was 'my big day') and I woke up really disappointed. I don't deserve anything, no one does, but it's disheartening because I feel like my life is just mediocre and nothing is over the top exciting/amazing. (My sister and I had this conversation once before... we're both really good at a lot of things. But great? No, not really. There are so many people far better than us out there so it's a buzzkill sometimes)

    Sorry if this was a not so happy AW... ]: 
    In the past 24 hours on weather.com our wedding day has jumped from scattered storms, to showers, to partly cloudy, to mostly sunny. And increased by 4 degrees. YAY FOR MICHIGAN'S CRAZY WEATHER. My guess is it's going to randomly snow, haha

    We did our catering tasting last night and it was beyond amazing! If anyone is still looking for a unique Detroit caterer, I would HIGHLY recommend Detroit Beer Company. They have an awesome special catering menu, everything is made from scratch, and they are very easy to work with.

    Also, yesterday was the 7 month mark for us! My ticker is moving sooo fast.

    I have a NWR kind of AW... I opened an Etsy shop! I'm still in the beginning stages and only have a couple items listed, but I'm really excited about it and I'm working hard to build up my inventory! We'll see how it goes :)
