Wedding Cake Vendor Reco's???

Hello all,

I am looking for any wedding cake vendor recommendations.
I am having a medium sized wedding, around 155-160 people so the cake doesn't need to be massively huge. I would definitely love it to be reasonably priced and gorgeous. Any experiences-do's and don'ts would be appreciated!!

Thanks Loves!
Kiss

We did a tasting with Tres Belle and her cake was very tasty and her prices were very reasonable. We didn't end up booking with her because we went with Flying Buttercream who is no longer doing weddings.

We also did a tasting with Marilyn's and though her pricing was good, we just didn't like the flavor of her cakes as much as Flying Buttercream or Tres Belle.

Definitely do tastings once you have found a few baker's who look good in your price range as that will definitely help narrow down your choices. Also, when choosing a baker, make sure you see what all is included in their prices. Some add on for different fillings in each layer, for set-up and delivery or for more intricate designs. And fondant covered cakes will almost always cost more than buttercream.

Trix and Treats Sweetie. Katie Moon, soon to be Katie Monjaras. She is a friend from high school that went to culinary school. Her food is DELICIOUS  and she's the only one that bakes anything. Love her
