Anyone Get Married @ Bald Head Island Club?

Hi All --

My fiance and I are absolutely getting married on Bald Head Island next year...We are strongly considering having our ceremony, cocktail hour, & reception at the Bald Head Island Club. However, we've never seen the venue in person and cannot get down there until sometime in January (we live in the northeast). Waiting that long, however, to book the place could be disastrous for our date that's currently available. Has anyone gotten married there, been there for another wedding/event?

Pictures I've seen have shown the place as wonderful.

Any info you could provide would be great!!

    I went to a wedding there a few years ago.  It was one of the best wedding's I've ever been to.  They had their RD at the Shoals Club and then the ceremony at the lighthouse and the reception a BHICC.  It's a gorgeous island and def a wedding experience people won't forget.  GL!
