    I just emailed them tonight also to schedule my tasting. I have not yet booked them but will gladly update you here after the tasting.  What venue are you using?  I am using the morris arboretum.  I am happy to hear that someone else has heard of this caterer and are considering using them.  I havent been able to find anyone to get any info from on what their events are like.
