So wedding planning has left me really behind in school. Last week a prof. mentioned the paper we were supposed to have turned in that day and I was in shock. I literally turned to someone and said "we had a paper due?!" I managed to fix that problem, but today I have no motivation whatsoever.

All of my friends, FI included, are out celebrating and I'm at home doing homework. I have an essay, an exam and a set of discussion-lead questions due tomorrow, but all I can think about is wedding details.

Anyone else in the same boat?

     I know how you feel.  I just finished one out of three essays that are due next week.  I also have two finals.  I don't want anything to do with school.  You can do it!  I would suggest turning off the internet and putting your head down and pushing through it.  But I know wedding planning is a lot more fun :)

    Definitely know how you feel. I have 4 exams this week. Shortly before the one I had today, I found out I failed an exam I took last week (person sitting next to me failed too and we have no idea what we did so horribly wrong). No motivation at all. I'm too far out to have much wedding planning, but I've been reading some books with my FI, and that has been very enjoyable. Plus going out Saturday night for a Minnesotan St. Paddy's (only restaurants can sell alcohol on Sundays) was good.

    Well after staying up all night to get the motivation to write the paper, I slept through my exam. This is seriously not my week! Luckily, the lowest exam grade gets dropped in this class and I've done fairly well on the others. Aside from that paper is done (and magnificently so) and the discussion questions are already turned in ahead of schedule. Now if I can just managed to stay focused I may be able to get through the semester. lol
