My name is Rachael, owner and coordinator of Happily Ever After Weddings. I just started my event planning business and would like build my portfolio so I will be offering my Final Details service to some lucky couples! I will offer the services for FREE to brides getting hitched in September, October, and November.

The Final Details package starts approximately a month prior to the wedding and includes:
- Intial consultation and contract signing
- Vendor Referrals for those not yet secured
- Create a planning and wedding day timeline
- Meet at the Ceremony and Reception locations to go over details
- Call and confirm with all vendors and their responsibilites
- Help with set up and tear down of items
- Attend and manage rehearsal (2 hours max)
- Provide all day guidance on your wedding day
- Unlimited phone calls and email consultations.
