Awesome Photographer for under 2k.... is this possible?

I read the board all the time but have never posted before but I am in drastic need of other bride-to-be's help!!!!

We have a quite modest budget for our Friday evening wedding in Providence and are thinking we need our photography to come in under $2,000. The only problem is I'm learning I have very expensive taste when it comes to photography and I'm my mind is spinning with the amount of research I have already done. So I am turning to you savvy ladies to point me in the right direction or really any direction at this point!!!!

Looking for:
      Photojournalistic Style
      Min of 7hrs coverage
      All images on a CD
      Under $2,000

I am willing to take a chance on someone just starting out, I'm a graphic designer and how hard it can be to get your work out there. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!!!

    Chris and Amanda Beck, Memories RI I think my package is $1700 or $1800, includes unlimited hours, CD with full rights, some prints...there are 3 levels of packages.

    Check out Lefebvre Photo. They have a few packages that would meet what you want. Danielle is a sweetheart and lots of fun! I booked her for my wedding.

    I'd also check out David Bibeault as well. I hope that helps :)

    I love my photgrapher
    Her cheapest package is 2100 but you can remove an hour likely.
    Shes really great and has a great studio if you want to do bridals there or engagement photos

    Casey Harrison is fantastic and I had yet to stumble upon her! I love the vintage feel of her photos and our wedding has a lot of vintage inspiration!

    I used Krzystyna Harber and she did a great job.  Her 7 hour package is under $2000 and it included a CD.  If you'd like to check out my photos private message me and I'll give you the link and the password.

    we havent booked yet, but got a rec from my fiance's friend who is a documentary film maker (he doesnt do weddings) of fair tale and bellvue, and together with video, or even just photo, it looks like good prices.
