FI has been sooooooooo incredibly indecisive on what to do for a honeymoon. With just buying a house and me not working, we didn't know if we'd actually be able to take one. Well, I just recently got that job and we're in a really good place now. Add a bottle of wine and I asked FI what he wanted to do for a HM. He said he really wanted to do a cruise. (He could never make up his mind before.) He went on a cruise to the Bahamas when he was younger and I went on a cruise to the Caribbean when I was younger, so we decided to flip for it.
My parents are allowing us to use their timeshare, so I asked my dad to look into how that works with cruises. We'll just do the cruise now anyway since I'm so glad FI spoke up about what he wants. I hope the timeshare at least helps cut the cost a bit since we've never used the timeshare for a cruise before. I'm so excited now. We don't know when we'll take it. I told my dad to look into right after the wedding as well as the winter months to see what the best deals are. I'll keep you all posted
