  Ours were little foldable boxes that my mom got last minute from somewhere in Butler, so I'm no help.  We had a ton of cookies leftover.

  My sister used these coffee type bags at her wedding and they were perfect.  They have a waxy lining so if there's any grease in the cookies it won't go through.  And the way you seal it helps ensure freshness for at least a few days.
  
  I just ordered the same ones and intend to make a stamp or label to put on them. Got them from Papermart online. Pricing is available at the link.

  Someone I work with recommended Schorin in the strip for take out containers.  I found these on their website...they're just your basic plastic take out container.

  We ordered Chinese take-out boxes from some random company on the internet and then printed stickers with our names (the file was from our invites and program). Email me if it piques your interest and you want the company name... I have it somewhere!  (I think they were something like 30 cents a piece, but I could totally be making that up)

  For anyone who is interested, I'm pretty sure i got mine at Nashville Wraps. They were about 4.5 inches tall and worked well.
