DoubleTree Hotel-Esplanade Lakes

Has anyone had their wedding at the DoubleTree Hotel-Esplanade Lakes in Downers Grove? If so, do you have reviews or pictures?

    I've never been to a wedding there but did host (my dog rescue group) a fundraiser with apps, open bar and full sit down dinner (oh and i was told by the winning table-highest bidder) that the bananas foster, made tableside, was aweseom!  the food was really good.  Im a veg, and their choice of veg dish was very good, which is hard to come by.  we had all three ballrooms and the space was very nice.  i little dimly lit, but that might have been what our BODs wanted.  they were remodleing the bar in the lobby at the time, but it seemed to be looking like it woudl be very nice when finished.  i would recommend it.  we only switched venues this year to mix things up a bit...when it comes to fundraising. :)  good luck!
