Cakes by Ann - Kenosha

Has anybody had a personal experience with this cake person?  The reviews I've seen are always really good on this one but I actually heard through the grapevine that a wedding cake was crooked (!!!!) the day of the wedding for a particular person.

Now this could have very well been venue-error and the cake was not delivered like that but I guess I'd like to get a few more opinions.

    We've had our cake tasting through Ann and let me tell you, this woman must put crack in her buttercream because it's just that good!  We had an awesome tasting, Ann's been really responsive and I've had 2 friends use her as well with rave results.

    So pretty!  The cake you picked out is gorgeous.

    I seriously must think that this particular case I'm referring to HAD to have been venue-error.  There's no way of knowing for certain but  I mean all I've heard is wonderful things from people in that area so it seriously shocked me that a person with that type of reputation would let a seriously crooked cake go out the door like that!  I like giving people the benefit of the doubt since it wouldn't their fault if it got teetered after delivery somehow.
