Fabric Dye

Hey all,

I bought some yellow linen napkins for my wedding but they are a little too bright/light for me. I was thinking about trying to dye them a darker shade, but they are 100% polyester and the dyes I keep finding online are advising against that.. Has anyone tried this or something similar? Is it worth it to try and dye them anyways, or just suck it up and use the light bright yellow! TIA

    Polyesster doesn't take dye well usually. Hard decision if you want to dye and wash them and take all the newness from them, or if you just want to work around the color.
