Makeup & hair trial pics!

So I had my makeup and hair trial on friday with MOH. It turned out pretty good. Changes we'll be doing: no white "highlighting" right beneath my brows above the eyes (too stark of a contrast for my taste) and the 2nd hairstyle she did was perfect. I tried the airbrush and thought it looked really good and it didn't piss my skin off badly (already had a few zits starting to come due to stress) and wore pretty well. I also tried fake lashes - on the fence with them regarding how comfortable they are to wear.

I'm also planning on changing the lipcolor a bit to a slightly more pink.

Oh and sorry for all my MIA-ness this week - I'm busy trying to get the invites finished!

Actually the hair is going to be half-up half-down - the first pic was when she had the curls in but hadn't put it up yet.

Looks really great!! I agree with your makeup assessment - skip the brow highlight and a little more color in the lipstick. I think it's a little too nude. Hair is sooo pretty!

Looks great! I would really suggest that you consider the "highlighting" it makes a big difference in the corner of the eye and on the brow, maybe you could just ask her to use a lot less or go with a more nuetral pinky color?

I love pix Number 1, but i guess u have to have hair somewhat up in order to hold the veil in place. definately nix the silver highlights on eyelids, maybe a more neutral/yellowish shade?

The gal who's doing our hair and makeup is Taryn Hart www.tarynhart.com. I was a bit nervous booking her intially but she was recommended by a knottie and the two references of hers I contacted gave great reviews. Fortunately, she actually has (as I recall) experience doing hair professionally as well as makeup from when she worked at the Clinique counter (as well as her years prior to all that doing her friends hair and makeup) so when I found that out, it put me at ease. Her curls did great too - totally stayed just fine from 2pm until I went to bed at like 11pm and even into the next morning.
