I never stop in on the weekends. H is still sleeping. I think he was up late. We were supposed to drink wine and play cards when he got home, but I passed out on the couch and then he brought me upstairs at 1230... I meant to stay awake, but I crashed. I think he was up til like 3 or 4. So, I am waiting...
Good morning! We just got up. We went to a Halloween party last night, which was fun, and I'm doing homework all day today while Rick goes to work. Anyone know the best way to remove temporary tattoos and fake nails?

To remove the temporary tatoos, just put some rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball. Hold it there for a few secs (like you do to remove nail polish) and it should come right off. You may have a little of the tatto left over but it should come off when you shower.
Yes. He told me a week ago she was coming to town, but failed to mention that she was staying with us. So I found that out the other day. I just assumed she was staying for the weekend. Then this morning he says: Do we have any plans for Thursday night? When I asked why, he said his mom wants to take us and BIL/Fi out for dinner.
I guess he thought she was only staying a few days too. So I politely asked that next time we are going to have a houseguest for a week, to please let me know.
We leave for our cruise on Sunday, and I'm really hoping she's gone by then.

Ha, yeah, it was an entire package of Ed Hardy stick on tattoos. Very classy. Especially the spider on my neck.
Kelly, that wouldn't fly with me. I need at least a week to mentally prepare myself for FMIL to visit, then another few days to recover. Sounds like a trip to the liquor store may be in order?
At least you have a cruise to look forward to. I remember H used to do that with my FIL (before I got to know and love him) and it used to be soooo awkward when he was gone.

I just noticed her pill container is on our kitchen table - there are pills in there through NEXT thursday. I'm really hoping she's not staying here while we're gone. I just don't like that. My mom was going to do a lot of stuff for me around my house while we're gone, and I don't want her to have to hang out with MIL. I really hate surprises.
Tomorrow is my Bday, and we are celebrating by cleaning house and laying around. I'm watching Four Weddings and drinking a beer. I'm taking a drink every time they say "bling", "diva", and two drinks for snotty remarks. I plan on closing the laptop before I'm KUI.

Happy Anniversary to Lala tomorrow, also.
