Wedding reception venues step up to help brides
Two Central Texas wedding reception venues say they are willing to step in and help the brides who were left without a reception location when The Fountains in Lockhart went into foreclosure.
Both McMurtrie Farms in Pflugerville and the Winfield Inn in Kyle tell KVUE they have agreed to subtract the $500 deposit the brides lost toward any contract signed with the new venue.
Brides wishing to take advantage of the opportunity must provide a copy of their contract with The Fountains.
