name/addres change list

Hi Ladies, i'm making a list of the things I need to change my name and adress on after the wedding...am I missing anything?  I don't have health insurance now becuase I'm going to be added to my fiance's once we are married.

·         SIN card

·         Drivers license

·         Health card-get new one

·         Passport

·         Banking info

·         Credit card-including Wal-Mart

·         CAA

·         Alumni association

·         Work payroll

·         Work e-mail

·         Facebook, twitter, pinterest, polyvore

·         Gradys (shoe store)

·         Eye doctor, GP

·         Car insurance

·         Car ownership

·         Cell phone

    Do you have a hydro bill, mortgage, cable or internet bill that your name is on?

    What about life insurance or health benefits?

    Magazine subsricptions?

    Nope, none of those as I still live with my family. i do have a magazine subscription though!

    Just curious but does that really matter?  I haven't thought much about this as it's too daunting right now :/

    Could we make this into a sticky, and have people add ideas as they come up?

    ETA: other ideas - car loan, student loans

    This is a good idea to make as a sticky! I was just doing mine the other day. I would have never thought of magazine subscriptions. And I have my car loan from a different bank than the others, so I'll have to make sure I don't forget that one too.

    i don't think it matters too much regarding the name change. but i'll be moving out of my mom;s house and into a new hosue with my husband so i need the address changed.

    I didn't even think about my car, hmmmm...For the most part, I plan to address the immediate concerns (SSN, DL, Insurance, Passport) and just manage the others as they come in.

    thankfully i'm debt free (had a teeny student load hat i paid off quickly...college is cheap in canada if you live at home! and my car was bought second hand)!!

    ithink between my original list and other suggestions i have everything covered!
