Who should I pick for a wedding planner for full service?? Kelly seemed more down to business and on top of her game but Emily was very nice and includes hair and makeup in her price....

I am planning a somewhat budget destination wedding so it's most important to me to get to most bang for my buck and will make my 35K wedding look like a 50K+ wedding.

    I've read mixed reviews about both, so I would just do it based on your gut.  I personally liked Elyse Skansi at Tying the Knot if I were doing full planning, but several people have had a great experience with WeddingsbyLulu.

    If you're trying to stay on budget but want to have those nice touches I would try Lulu from www.weddingsbylulu.com. I'm on a budget and an OOT bride and she's been godsend when it comes to finding those creative touches that are making my wedding look a lot more blingy than it really is. And I love sparkle!!  My fiance really likes her because she keeps us (okay...really me!) on budget.  LOL. Hope this helps. :)

    AGREED with the Lu recommendation. I am completely OOT and work 60is hours a week. I am also a fairly annoying client as I only email, and try to spend less than my 20K budget all of the time. She is VERY quick to responsd and creative with my small budget I am only spending 800 on decor INCLUDING flowers. Just my two cents

    We got married a couple of years ago, and used Emily.  She was absolutely wonderful.  She's well organized, helps you stay on budget, and means business.  On the day of our wedding, I kept thinking, "boy, I can't imagine this without her!"  She was always one step ahead and was the biggest asset to our wedding's success. Also, I loved that hair and makeup was included. One less thing to worry about.  Recently, we still hadn't received our wedding video.  I contacted Emily and she got it taken care of, despite the lapse in time since our wedding!   Feel free to PM me for any additional questions!  Good luck!
