altering a lace gown? need a lace ninja

Good afternoon ladies... I bought a sample dress today that's probably a size and a half too big, mostly in the bodice. I'm happy to have cups sewn in but that isn't going to do the whole trick, and then there's my waist. Maybe I was stupid to think it could be done, but, hope springs eteranal. Anybody know of seamstresses out there who are magic with lace? I don't care about $$$, the dress was a steal. There are also a few repairs to a few little snags that need to be made, but that's easily done from my understanding.

it's this dress, minus the belt:

You probably already found a place, but I always recommend Ellie's in Alexandria for alterations -- they worked magic on my gown (which was also lace)
