Unique wedding ceremony location

I'm looking for a fun and unique wedding ceremony location... no churches, nothing stuffy... right now I'm thinking my ideal location would be the Rock and Roll Hotel. Not a traditional choice for a wedding by any means, but the private rooms are amazing and the venue is one of our favorites for live music! My only concern would be the guests. Most guests will be from out of town so I'm not sure how the transportation would work out since there is no parking there. My second thought is the Torpedo Factory in Alexandria, which I'm not 100% sold on but it's definitely an option. Unique, historical space and great location.

I just want more options.

Any thoughts?

    What about Ultra Bar?

Some of the universities in the area (Georgetown & The George Washington University) have great rooms, and some with views of the city. The locations can vary from historic to modern.

You may want to think about contacting their events departments to see if there is something you like there. However, what they charge can sometimes be pricey.

2941 has a wonderful atmpsphere and the view is great... if you are getting married in the spring or fall its even better. it is in falls church but well worth checking out. and also the ronald regan building. great location with metro and parking, not your traditional wedding venue and beautiful architecture

I've been looking for places like that too and Union Station has a very beautiful space and so does The National Museum of Women in the Arts and The Ronald Reagan Building.  Hope this helps.
