My sister lives in Virginia Beach but she's getting married in Columbus, Ohio (a proud buckeye). She won't be returning to the area until days before her event. Does anyone have advice on hair & makeup? She has plenty of friends in the area, many recent brides themselves - is it advisable to hire a professional based on a friend's recommendation? Would it make sense to do a test the day before, or should she just plan for the day of? Thanks for your advice!
