You could always make it!! Get a wine box (sometimes free at places like total wines or BevMo) or other sturdy box, some good tacky craft glue, and a bunch of rhinestones at Michaels or Hobby Lobby. Then whenever you have some time and patience, like when you're watching TV, gather your supplies and do a couple rows. You'd have a nice DIY centerpiece and pride knowing you did it yourself!
Do a Google search for "Rhinestone Cake Stands" and begin there. A real cake stand will be sturdy and well-built, but with the rhinestones on it, you are likely looking at some serious cost, so be prepared.
(As a cake decorator, I am aware of this fact. However, I don't have any of those types of stands myself.)
