Help! Recognize this dress?

Does anyone recognize the designer of this dress? I love it! But the only place I could find it was on a reproduction website....I'd really rather find the designer as a repo would not be the same. If anyone recognizes it or can give me a guess, I would be so grateful! :)

    I'm not having any luck which is unusual.  Usually the knock off sites steal the description from the designer as well so typically googling all or part of that will bring up the same dress on multiple sites often times leading me to find the designer.  Maybe take the photo into a local bridal shop?
