Does anyone have advice on what to tip vendors?

My photographer owns her own company, but is bringing a second photographer. Do I tip them both or just the second photographer?

I have a JP witnessing my ceremony but not performing it he does not charge a fee, but what should I tip him?

When my sister got married last year, they tipped everyone - photographers, DJ, florist, priest, etc. Most of the vendors owned their own businesses but that made no difference. They were all reasonably priced and all worked very hard for her so they all got "envelopes" for a job well done. Not a huge amount, between $20 - $100 depending on who it was. We will be doing the same.

I'd put at least $50 in an envelope for your JP.
