I've figured out why!! It's because we had characters in our screen names!!!!
I just made up anoooothherrrrrrr account! lol. with no characters ( * ) and it works fine!!!!! The only thing that sucked was I had to change around a few e-mail addresses! Thank god I have more than one. lol
