ceremony music

I'd like to have one or two live musians for our ceremony. Does anyone have any reasonable priced options? I'm totally fine with using a student or whatever. TIA!

Not sure what your budget is but we're using NY Ceremony Music. They've been really nice and responsive thus far, and sound great!

We used New Bards Music for our May 14 Central Park ceremony and we LOOOOVED them.  We were on a budget so we got the string duet and it was very reasonable.  One thing I really liked about them was that I wanted modern music to walk down the aisle with my dad to and for the recessional, so I asked them if they'd be able to play U2 and Jason Mraz on the strings and they learned those for the ceremony. It was fabulous!  Our guests thought they were great and I would highly recommend them.

Their website is http://www.newbardsmusic.com/ or the contact for booking is Gabriel - his email address is music@newbardsmusic.com

Hope this helps!  Let me know if you have any other questions.

If you are still looking, try Jennifer Girone (if you Google, you should be able to find her website).  She came in much lower than NYC Ceremony (who I had originally looked into) and they were really good on our wedding day.  We booked a trio for the price of many duos, but you can go solo, duo, whatever.  I highly recommend her.
