Chair Rental

So, it seems that we are going to have a lot more ppl show up to the wedding than we had originally planned!! As a result, we will need to rent chairs for the ceremony.

Ceremony and reception is at the Farmer's Market and we were going to have some of the chairs set up inside and the other half out on the patio for the ceremony. Now we will have too many ppl to split it down the middle like that...

So, ... anyone on here ever rent any chairs? Who has a good selection, and how are prices? Also, will they deliver and pick up immediately after the ceremony?

We are using Fun Factory and they have a pretty good selection as well as good prices. Darrin has been great to work with!

What type of chair are you looking to rent?

You could contact Ann Taylor from A Chair Affair. She is wonderful. I am renting my chiavari charis from her and she has only been around for a couple of yrs so her chairs are like brand spanking new. But she only specializes in chaivari chairs, so that is the downfall if you are looking for something else. But here is her website:

If you are looking for just basic white wooden chairs you should be able to call any tent and event company. I work with Nelson's out of Apopka for work events, but there is also Karls, Rentaland and a bunch of others in Orlando that I can't remember the names of.The white wooden ones are cheaper than Chivari, not as fancy but they get the job done for about $4 (I think).

I was also going to recommend Ann from A Chair Affair. We are renting our chairs from them as well. Again I think they only rent Chivari chairs.

We actually ended up winning ours in a drawing they were having

I rented from Bell Chairs. I got the white wood folding ones with padded seats. They were $2 a chair and they did set up and strike at the farmers market. They were really fast with the set up too, and not to mention SUPER CHEAP!!!!
