looking for a house to rent for accommodations and the wedding to be held at

looking for a rental house on the beach or intercoastel between west palm beach to hollywood. I need a house that sleeps atleast 12 people and has ample space to have the reception at.  As most of my guests will be from out of town there will have to be a few hotels in the area.  
We don't want to pay more that $4,000/wk for the house. 
If anyone knows of anything please let me know.
This wedding planning might be the death of me seeing as I am not the most quailified person to plan anything.

    if you're drowning in wedding planning I highly reccomend hiring a coordinator.  They are much more affordable thatn you think!! I just hired Events by Michelle and another Knottie is meeting with Liz & Lex Events who is having a 50% off services special if you book in the month of May.  
    As fo a house rental, I looked into doing the same thing, it was just hard to find one with enough space in the back for a large party.  How many people are you having?? I looked at www.vrbo.com and other online rental property sites.  I would also look into contacting a local realtor who may have a house that is for sale who would allow you to host an event or know of a rental large enough to accomodate your guests...just some ideas.  Good luck!!
