Never mind the above question. I saw your dress in another post. If you find the belt then I wouldn't worry about a necklace. Also I think it depends on how you intend on doing your hair. If you go with an updo, I think you could definitely rock a statement necklace with that dress with stud like earrings and simple bracelet.
I'm actually getting my hair done today to decide whether up or down... I kind of wanted up because... well... because, but I like my natural hair and kind of want to wear it down. I was originally opposed to a veil, but I think that the dress looks amazing with one, and my seamstress said that she can do a long netting for me.
I'm a little pessimistic about being able to get the belt, but I think that I might just forego the necklace anyway

I'm doing simple bling earrings and bracelet. Haven't deciced on hair but leaning towards a bling head band.
