Hair/Makeup Suggestions in NYC

Looking for suggested hair/makeup artists in NYC. Especially anyone that has done a half updo. I'm looking to do something like this:





So if anyone has done anything similar and has pictures of their wedding that would be great!

    I booked Sally Duvall for makeup.  She works with Stacy Pitt (hair), but Stacy was booked for my wedding day.  I just hired someone from NJ to do my hair since my wedding is in NJ.

    I am using Michelle LoConte, and am having a hairstyle with a hairband (although not quite as much volume as you have pictured).  I just had my trial and I loved what she did.  The only thing is that you have to travel out to NJ for the trial, but she comes to you on the wedding day.

    I just had my trial with this amazing girl Eve Whittington.  She's going to be doing mine, my moms and my sister's hair for my wedding.  she's also going to do my sister's hair for her wedding.  we all really liked her and she's really lovely.  she's has an ad on this site so you can check her out.
