Anyone have a checklist for an In-suite party? Or want to add to this one?

Our M&G is in a vista suite. I am trying to make a list of what we need:

Food (Masterpiece Catering comes with serving utensils, utensils, plates, and napkins)
Booze
Glasses (buy plastic or rent glass)
Ice
Trash cans (can't you order collapsible ones somewhere on the internet?)
iPod w/ playlist
Decor

Eta:
cooler
cocktail napkins
stir sticks
straws
hand towels for restroom

    I don't have anything to add to your list. But, I would get plastic cups not glass, saves on cleanup when you can just toss everything. Plus, all the hotels sort garbage for recycling. Also, the pop-up garbage cans can be found on Amazon, they range from $5 to $30. We use they for camping all the time, very handy.

    a cooler for the booze and ice?  I'm thinking if your having beer or something you may want them chilled.

    Yes, the fling bins were on my list, although I didn't buy them in the end and didn't need them. I also had stir sticks, straws and guest towels for the bathrooms.

    CARDBOARD COOLERS that you can buy from me....because who needs EIGHTEEN coolers?

    We used 4 and then tossed them at the end of the night.

    I had 14 left over that DH was supposed to sell on eBay.  Guess how many I still have?

    I brought large yard garbage bags and used those. 

    Cake knife and server (extra plates)
    Bottle opener/cork screw
    First aid kit (bandaids etc.  I cut my finger on something and got blood on my RD dress, oh and one of my girls used the blister pads in the emergency kit too)
    Handiwipes.  I hated using the hotel towels to wipe up messes.

    That's all I can think of for now.  I'll come back with more if I can think of anything else.
