10/6 Brides! RSVP date?

Hi fellow October 6th brides!! I'm working on invites right now and am stuck on the RSVP date. Our caterer doesn't need a final head count until the week before the wedding.

What's your RSVP deadline?

I'm 10/5 and we are giving a 9/5 rsvp date. Based on how long it took for my mom & FMIL to get shower RSVP's I will need those 4 weeks to trach some people down !

I am a 10/6 bride and I THINK I am going to have a September 21st RSVP date. If not the 21st, then the 14th.

Mine is 8/30, I have an earlier deadline than some based on the needs of my vendors.

Mine is September 8th. It gives me enough time to wait a week before I start calling people and I want enough time to make table numbers/placecards, etc.

Hi! 10/6 here too! We're thinking September 1st so we have plenty of time to call non responders & get the final number to the cater.

I'm 10/7 and our date is 9/13. Our caterer needs final numbers 10 days before the wedding and then I calculated 2 weeks back from that.

Mine is 9/1, knowing that most invites won't arrive in the mail until after the holiday weekend. But, that allows me another week and a half to contact missing RSVP's and get the head count to my caterer in time, and make the seating chart.

I'm 10/6 and our date is 9/8 for RSVP's. We are having family make a lot of the side dishes for a pig roast so I want enough time to track missing rsvp's down and buy the food for the side dishes.

We're 10/6 and ours is 9/12. That gives us about a week to track people down for our caterer.

We are getting married 10/7 and i put our RSVP date at 9/16 (our reception place doesnt need count until 1 week either)
side note-when are you sending your invites out? (we only have a few OOT guests so i think 3 months is too soon) we did STD's

WOW we are super early at August 06th... as our R.S.V.P date...
we jsut have others we would LIKE to invite but we are limited...

so on August 7th I will call those whom haven't R.S.V.P'd get there yes or no, then we will send out the second round of R.S.V.P's with the date of Sept 9th

Oct. 6th wedding and Aug. 21st rsvp date since our hall needs final count a month before the wedding - that will give me time to call everyone who doesnt rsvp. My mom said there were quite a few people she had to follow up on for my shower so I can only imagine the wedding.... LOL

I'm going to (hopefully) send them out the first week in August, but I'm designing them now.
