Any recommendations for a good/well priced salon in downtown Columbus that will do both hair and makeup? Or someone that will come to me?

    Studio Fovero in German Village does both. I've only had hair experience there. If you want a makeup artist who can come to you, we used MelissaRoshan for our wedding and loved her!

    So i was looking at the Studio Fovero prices and they seem really good and you can get your hair and make up done in the same place, I was wondering if anyone knows if that is where you would get your hair done at? And has anyone done their hair there.

    Tiffany - Yes, you get your hair done there, too. Their prices are really reasonable -less than what we were paying at the other salon we were going to. The hair part of the salon is downstairs and the makeup/spa services are upstairs. While I haven't gotten an updo there, I've seen work they've done through pics and heard about working with them for a wedding through my coworker. She was the MOH and the BP  got all their services done at the salon. The salon shut down a Saturday morning for the BP and had multiple stylists and makeup artists getting them ready.  She said they were efficient and everyone liked how their hair and makeup turned out.

    If you are looking for saving money, try the Aveda Institute on High St.  I went there for my bridal hair, and 3 other in my wedding also went the day of.  I had a trial, also included in the price.  Don't be fooled by the "school"....there are really great girls working there and did an amazing job on my hair - received many many compliments. Everything gets double and triple checked so there is never a hair outta place!

    Oh, they do makeup too!  Had that done as well, and turned out great too!  They did touchups on the 3 other girls too and everyone was pleased!
