Oh em gee I'm glad it's Friday.  I'm so freaking busy at work it's insane!!

B: oats, chocolate/PB/banana style, coffee w/ skim milk
S: triple venti nonfat latte, apple, probably yogurt too
L: TBD, going out for lunch!  I'm thinking either turkey sliders or grilled salmon
S: carrots and hummus
D: TBD, I have no plans for today.  pizza maybe

E: FBB, Dial It In Phase, Workout A3 (or is it A4?)
PW: chocolate raspberry protein shake

  • Yay for Friday! I've had a long, horrible eating, no exercising, migraine filled week..so I'm just happy to have made it through the week.

    B: coffee with almond milk
    S: peaches
    L: tomato soup, a couple saltines
    S: sugar snap peas
    D: Italian sausage and chickpea concoction
    S: no idea yet

    E: P90X Back and Biceps
  • I am so ready for the weekend! Except we are moving me into Fis house tomorrow, bright and early! Party tonight though! Yeah!
    B-Oatmeal, black coffee
    L-Small piece of meatloaf, Salad from boston market, iced tea(unsweet)
    S-small salad from boston market!
    D-Small portions of whatever is at the Doc's party tonight, and limiting myself to two rum and diets... I am going to try to be good with the success I had this week (7.5lbs!!)
