I found my dress!!

My mom came up for my university's Mom's Weekend and we took it as an opportunity to go dress shopping. We had gone to David's Bridal in my hometown and I wasn't happy with anything I tried on because of modesty issues with the tops of the strapless dresses. So we searched high and low for dresses that had sleeves because even straps weren't cuttin it for me.

There was one last store on my list and knew just from the name of it that it was a Mormon store for their wedding dresses (which have pretty specific modesty requirements). I knew they'd have sleeves, but I didn't want to wear a "Mormon" dress.

Guess what Sarah ended up buying?




Heh. I bought a "Mormon" dress. :)

    Wow, I really like those sleeves!  The beading around the top is really nice.  I'm glad you were able to find something that made you comfortable while making you feel beautiful!
