How was your weekend? Everyone doing well working towards their goals? Anyone have any fitness/health specific goals for this week?
FI and I are doing well at keeping things up. I am going to repeat week 4 of C25K just because I'm not sure I'm ready to move to week 5 quite yet. FI is starting C25K so we'll see what he thinks
