What did you think of the responsiveness of the staff? We sent our deposit -we received no confirmation.and it took over a week and a few emails for them to respond and finally confirm.
When we scheduled to look at the venue they were very responsive but ever since then it's been difficult to get a hold of anyone and now that we've paid the deposit, no one has contacted us, thanked us, told us next steps, or given us a primary contact. Just curious how others' experience with the venue has been so far, or if you don't normally talk with the venue again until you are closer to the date?
