  NCV - Change your password for five minutes, get a friend to log into your account from the states and put whatever siggy you want in. Have them log out and then change your password back.

  ? Just a thought... I used photobucket. You just sign up for an account, upload the picture, resize it from the site, and then save it. It gives you a direct link that you can just copy/paste in and it should work.
