I can hardly wait until July 21st! Anyone else share the date? I'm getting married in San Diego, CA at Paradise Point Resort. Our colors are magenta, lime green and orange, keeping it "tropical chic". I've been engaged since beginning of August 2011 and now that all the vendors are booked and dress bought, details picked out,  I wish it were closer! Anyone else feel the same way? I feel like there is nothing to keep me occupied, lol. I almost wish I didn't plan for a year out. I have to keep myself off of the wedding websites, because all I do is keepng buying useless stuff.

    I actually think time is going by too fast, I've loved the planning/engagement period and don't want it to end.

    Thanks for the warm welcome :-) Does everyone have their honeymoon's booked? We are going to Aruba, can't wait. We have our hotel booked, but keeping an eye on airfare still. Has anyone's dresses come in yet? I ordered mine in beginning of November, but it's not supposed to come in until May :-( I cant wait! I love love love my dress. It's a Maggie Sottero dress and wil go perfect with my outdoor near the beach venue. I can't decide on going with a more neutral bouquet(mini calla lillies, some green cymbidium orchids) or going with bright colors (magenta and lime orchids) My bridesmaids are wearing fuchsia/magenta dresses and will have bright bouquets.

    July 21st here too! This is actually our second wedding date. It was supposed to be August of last year, but due to living arrangement and financial issues, we had to push it back a year. So I have been planning for over a year too and I have so much stuff that probably won't be used for the wedding, but I couldn't help myself. Welcome!

    OMG your dress is gorgeous! Sounds like you have a lot done! My dress is supposed to come in this month, but I haven't yet heard anything about it . . . making me nervous!

    We are staying at a time share in Aruba (Marriott) that my fiance's parents are giving us. If we weren't, we would probably go all-inclusive though since they seem like such a great deal and who doesn't love all you can drink :-)! We have heard there are some great restaurants in Aruba though, so if you want to get out and try different foods and restaurants, then I would skip the all-inclusive package.

    I'm a July 21st bride as well. Welcome to the board.  I know what you mean about waiting for the day to finally get here.  I've been engaged since Nov. 26, 2010 and it's beginning to feel like an eternity since we started planning!

    Hello and welcome!  I'm a July 13th bride!  Your dress is beautiful and your colors sound great!  If i were you I'd go with a more colorful bouquet...even though white with green sounds beautiful.

    I am a 7-21 bride too!  We are getting married on Jekyll Island GA.  It is so peacefull and I love it.  Our colors are turquoise and fushia. I love them together.  Welcome to the board!

    I love all the brides with fuchsia colors :-) Did anyone do fuchsia bridesmaid dresses? Post them :-) I didn't want hot barbie pink but more of a magenta color to match the orchids I plan on using and had the hardest time finding the color I had in mind. I finally found the BM dresses from Alfred Sung:

    July 21st here too! I can't believe this summer we are getting married. It really hasn't hit me yet :) I've been engaged since July 2010 and started planning May 2011. I'm going for a rustic theme and light green and turqouise are  my colors....I can't wait :)

    I'm July 21, 2012 as well!!! I CAN NOT believe its coming up on FOUR months aghhhhh!!!!! I still have all the details to work out with my florist, tuxes, BM presents and things like that so I still feel like I have a ton of stuff to do! We booked our honeymoon a few weeks ago to secrets st james in Jamaica for 10 days, we can't wait!!

    7/21 in the Chicago suburb of Oak Brook!  OMG, 4 months is not enough time to get this all done. : O

    Our colors are ivory(me), black (guys & girls), and gold (guys)  My husband is a bit of peacock - thus the guys get all the color!
