ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Seriously we used them for our wedding everything was great until AFTER the wedding. After our balance had been paid and the wedding was over we have been met time and again with empty promises of when our photos, dvd and albums would be ready. We've been married for 8 months and just found out the brooklyn office closed without any notification and we cannot get in touch with our primary contact he refuses to answer cell phone, business phone and emails. It's been a horror and we are albumless... I've had to hunt them down and hound with no results... do not use them!
