Affordable and Local Version of This Wedding Dress

Here is my dream dress! It is the LulaKate Westwood dress and it seems to be only available in Charleston, SC or by buying it online - non-refundable without trying it on. I am looking for something similar (the textured organza - swoon) for a bit more affordable price ($1,000 or less) and available to try on in my area (Los Angeles, CA). Does anyone have any suggestions??
