Is that what I should rename this post so that more ladies who are new will know what we're talking about and don't think I'm crazy? lol

Join in! We track what we eat and workout during the week to hold each other accountable!

Yesterday:
D - ... pizza....atleast I was honest...but...

Today:
Workout - had an easy 2 miler on deck pre-race tomorrow for a warmup and did about 3 instead due to my pizza guilt
B - protein shake w/almond milk

TBD:
B - part 2 - carbs with FI when he gets back from the gym
L - TBD
S - apple
Workout 2 - helping MOH move into their new house, the shower is there tomorrow!

  • I am in a slump with my exercise right now. I really want to but the past 3 days my shoulder has been killing me. I have had a week right shoulder ever since high school thanks to volley ball, and it finally pulled on me the other day. Hopefully today it is bareable enough to do some exercise :)

    Any ways, my meals have been:

    Yesterday:

    B: Special-K red berries
    L: An entire bunch of celery and a cucumber (don't ask, I had a really strange craving for veggies)
    D: Chicken potatoes and carrots
    And a ton of coffee. Can't seem to drink enough lately.

    Today:

    B: Rice and Chicken
    L: Probably celery again and maybe a piece of salmon (not there yet)
    D: Ground turkey and rice or noodles, maybe a salad.

    And I must admit, I just finished breakfast and am already brewing my second pot of coffee.

    Hopefully exercise for 30 minutes, if my shoulder can't handle the stress, I will continue to do stretches if nothing else.
