Table/Chair/Linen Rental Cost?

Has anyone had to rent tables/chairs/linens for their wedding/reception? I'm looking at a few places that are inexpensive to rent the area, but you need to rent your own tables/chairs/linens, and I think the caterer would bring the rest (glasses, plates, etc).

Has anyone done this that can give me a ballpark figure for how much it will cost? I'm trying to decide if it's actually going to be cheaper than the places that provide that for you or if I should just book a place that includes those in their rental price. I'm expecting about 130 people, so 13 tables (seating 10), 130 chairs, etc.

Any advice would be most helpful!

Venues I'm considering: The Grotto at the Arizona Center, IceHouse, Scottsdale Civic Center (but I think it will be too expensive with their catering exclusivity), or a few other 'off the norm' places. I'm trying to stay around $10,000 for 130 people, with venue, catering, alcohol, and DJ.

I rented chivari chairs, linens and napkins from Tri Rentals.  They were the ones who were willing to work with me the most, and while my initial quote from them was not the least expensive, it was very competitive and the quality was much higher.  That being said, it was not cheap.  I just pulled up my quote, keep in mind that there were other options that were less expensive (different style chairs, different fabric for linens, etc.) but I wanted to give you an idea:

Chivari Chairs with bengaline cushions $8.95 each
132" round bengaline linen (for a table seating 10-12) $32.50 each
120" round bengaline linen (for a table seating 8) $27.50
108" round bengaline linen (for the cake and sweetheart table) $25
    Bengaline napkins $1.30 each

Total for my 115 person wedding: $1,607.75 plus tax and delivery.  They also gave me a discount because I asked for it, always ask for it.  So this was the price before the discount they gave me, not what I acutally paid.

    Hope that helps!

Interesting, and that didn't include tables either. Hm, that makes me think that it might bump up the cost too much and I might as well look at a place that includes it. Thank you so much, that does help. Has anyone else had experience renting their setup?

Since the venue we selected did not offer linen rentals, we had to rent spandex chair covers and spandex table covers from Sculptware in Scottsdale, AZ. They not only offered us the best deal on linen rentals but also provided us with abundant options which could be considered. Their commendable service and unparalleled quality makes me recommend them for linen rental or purchase.
