I forget who on here had their e-pics done at liberty state park by matt rainey.  Can you please post your link with the pics again for me?  I am thinking of doing the same thing!

    thanks!!  I loved your pics one of the photogs we are meeting with wanted to see them I told him about yours lol but unfortunately Matt is out of our budget we are looking to spend $3500 tops.

    Ahh, I see. 

    We paid $3500 when we booked him over a year ago, so I imagine his prices went up since then, but the e-pics session was included for free (that package didn't originally include e-pics, only the higher-priced package did, but he immediately said he'd do them for us when I said I was interested in them, no negotiation necessary).

    IDK if Matt negotiates on price at all, but he's a VERY good guy and I'm confident that he wouldn't react badly if you asked (if you haven't already).

    Good luck with the pics! We likes LSP a lot and the ferry ride/Liberty Island was fun. We were glad to have some cool background/scenic things so the shots weren't totally about the two of us.

    Thanks for the advice I am so bad at trying to negotiate with people.  I just sent him an email so we will see what he says!!

    We are getting married at the tides so i wanted our epics to be something a little different than the type of scenery our wedding day pics will be.

    Our reception was at the Tides, too! Other than a few posed pics in front of the chandelier we didn't do any posed pics at the hall. We didn't go in the gardens or anything ... after the church we went with the bridal party to Branch Brook Park in Newark for the cherry blossoms (which were pretty much all gone by that second week of April ... oh well!).
