Travel Agent - Triangle Area

So I was wondering if anyone used a local travel agent to book their honeymoon.   If so is there anyone you would recommend?  We were talking to the Travel Network in Raleigh (came highly recommended) but they are not very responsive so we are thinking about looking elsewhere.  Any advice would be appreciated!!

Thanks,

Sarah

We have AAA and just used one of their agents.  The lady we booked with was very nice and helpful.  About a week after we booked our trip Disney started a new travel special and our agent got us the cheaper rate (with an upgraded room!) and mailed us the refund check without us having to do anything.

When I went to Europe I used a travel agent out of DC (used to live there).  I never had the chance to physically meet her but she was AMAZING.  Example, we were stranded in an Italian airport not being able to speak any Italian.  She answered my phone call at 4am to help me.  We got to Paris on time because of her!

She mainly does Europe (she used to live there) but if you're looking for Europeish honeymoon, I would completley reccomend her!  Let me know if you want her information :)

We're in Raleigh and we used Jennifer of VIP Vacations.  She's located out of state, but she is FABULOUS and came highly recommended to us by other knotties.  We communicated through emails (she's very quick to respond.....even on weekends), and once over the phone.  They literally charge NOTHING at all.  They get a commission from the resorts when you book, so you don't pay anything.  It was awesome! Google "Jennifer VIP Vacations" to see their website and get her email address.

I book everything through Elle Hess in Tampa. Her email is ehess@thetravelteam.com... easy to talk to and very responsive. She has been a travel agent for 20 years so she should definitely know her honeymoon stuff. :)
