  • So I hope ya'll don't mind me posting, but I just have to share. I haven't really been a part of the accountability threads in the past, but today I reached my second weight goal (the first was to fit into my dress, which was purchased just before I found out I was pregnant).

    Today I reached my pre-pregnancy weight! WOO!

    Weight day of delivery: 143lbs
    Weight today (5 months post-partum):  112lbs!

    SO happy! I took it slowly, but with healthy eating and breastfeeling, I am now back to my pre-preg weight! Can't wait to wear my dress even more now!

    I am NOT participating in today's weigh in. I am beyond mad at my new BC. I just started taking it so that I won't get pregnant as soon as we get married and my boobs apparently think I'm about to breastfeed. They are MASSIVE. I really wish I could just chop them off...or at least weigh them separately. I'm thinking they're about 12 lbs. for the 2 of them today...

    P.S. Chels, my wax wasn't bad at all. Not the best feeling thing in the world, but definitely no where near the worst pain I've ever been in.

    L: chicken salad sandwich (mom made it with a kelsey amount of mayonaisse...i.e. barely any at all - haha Brandon sometimes wonders if I really am Southern) and a 1/2 a cup chocolate frozen custard

    E: New workout that my high school friend who's now a personal trainer/about to go into the Marines sent to me. Maybe this will make my boobs shrivle up. ;)

    Thanks for the info the waxing.... I am SOOOO glad it wasnt that bad! I go on April 6th.... I already warned FI that I am going to be hairy until then.... he just laughed. You got your underarms waxed too as well right? Do you have to let that grow for 3 weeks too!?!

    I am SO sorry your bc is making your boobs go crazy! On the bright side... at least it isnt going straight to your hips or something! Hopefully your body gets used to it ASAP!

    Yea...you have to let it all grow out.
    I'm actually going for my second one on the 4th, so I'll let you know how that one goes!

    I did take a benadryl and some advil before I went, for what that's worth. My girl also told me to make sure that I'm exfoliating at least 3 times a week and then right before I come. It will help to get rid of the dead skin/skin that builds up around your hairs. Shaving is a exfoliator, but the wrong kind (obviously).

    And yes...no shaving the pits for 3 weeks...I so should have started this in the WINTER. Not when it's so hot outside and I'm working out all the time!!

    Me and the scale are arguiung right now so I am going to leave it alone for now and focus on my measurements.

    B: pasta with vegetables and ground lean beef
