When will you send your invites?

I know this is way too early but I am looking ahead so I can plan properly.

When are the February brides sending their wedding invitations. I believe 6-8 weeks is normal but due to Christmas I don't want the invite to get lost or forgotten.

I am considering the last week of November or first week of December.

What are you all doing?

    I have my calendar marked:
    STDs out Aug 11
    Invites out Nov 11

    We have a lot of OOT guests, so I want to give them adequate time for booking rooms.

    Beginning of December sounds good. It's more than 6-8 weeks, but I i'm giving it more time since i''m probably not going to do Save the Dates.

    I wanted to do mine in November so that people have time to respond before the xmas rush in December. I was also going to send out my STD's mid/late summer.

    We have a lot of OOT guests so I wanted to give everyone enough time to plan.

    Actually, maybe earlier in November is good because it may avoid the Christmas rush. I hadn't thought of that.(avoiding the rush altogether by just sending them really early)  We have a lot of family gatherings over Christmas so everyone is really busy.
